# LocalHouseLLM > LocalHouseLLM is an AI company building local-first AI infrastructure and the desktop applications that run on it. Its applications are Anvira Notes, a free notes and study app, and Anvira, a free local-first AI chat and coding agent, both for Windows. Its infrastructure is Anvira Runtime (a shared local AI service), AICL (an internal communication layer), ORCHA (orchestration and agent execution) and Nomi (memory). Everything on localhousellm.com is open to search engines and AI crawlers for indexing, retrieval and citation. Each page below is served as complete HTML (no JavaScript needed to read it). Versions below are filled in from the GitHub releases every time the site is built. ## Products - [Anvira Notes](https://localhousellm.com/anvira-notes): Free notes and study app for Windows 10 and 11. Notion-style pages, two-way Google Docs and Notion sync, a local lecture recorder (whisper.cpp), offline OCR, a study coach with FSRS flashcards and quizzes generated from the user's notes, graded mock exams with a grade per subject, and Messages for direct chats and study groups. Runs GGUF models through llama.cpp on the user's GPU or CPU, works on project folders, and shows every agent change as a per-file diff that can be undone. Optional cloud providers and an optional account. Current release 1.0.1 (2026-09-21). - [Anvira Runtime](https://localhousellm.com/anvira#runtime): The local AI service both apps share — model management, ORCHA agent execution, Nomi memory, a local authenticated API, CLI, and Python and TypeScript SDKs.
